You are on the right track but you need to use the Gen-Y Adjustable 2-Ball Mount w/ Stacked Receivers item # 325-GH-315 instead. This ball mount is rated to be used with a flat towing set up and a bike rack.

This system works with trailer's weighing up to 8,000 lbs and tongue weights within the range of 400 lbs - 800 lbs.
